Meet Sujit Choudhry, the constitutional guru with a global reputation

Constitutional experts play crucial roles in the constitutional building processes. The discussions and debates conducted by the experts, or when they are actively involved tend to produce the best results. Some of the obstacles in the way of stabilizing the democracy in the country include the legislature voting system, weak political parties, and the concentrated presidency power.
